Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern with prior experience in recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
• Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates.
• Collaborate with the HR team on other projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in recruitment is
