About the Role

This internship provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, and communication. Ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in Human Resources and develop practical experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Help maintain HR records, attendance logs, and performance-related data.
• Participate in onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Assist in preparing HR documentation, reports, and policy drafts.
• Conduct basic research on HR practices, tools, and workflow improvements.
• Communicate clearly with candidates, employees, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR workflows and familiarity with Excel or Google Workspace.
