Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Degreefyd, located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as managing HR processes, helping with employee benefits administration, implementing HR policies, and supporting personnel management activities. The role also involves collaboration with HR management to ensure smooth operations and to foster a positive work environment.

• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Passion for the education sector is a plus
• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
