Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including implementing HR policies, handling recruitment cycle for both White Collar and Blue collar employees, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also be involved in HR management tasks and overall support to ensure smooth HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Take care of employee lifycyle and recruitment activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Organizational and time management skills are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in F&B industry will be a plus
