Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Intern located in Surajpur, Site-C , Greater Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing aspects of personnel management. They will support various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The intern will also contribute to creating a positive workplace culture and providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of HR Management principles
• Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and compliance with employment regulations
• Skills in Personnel Management, including recruitment and employee relations
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
