This internship is for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. You will work closely with the management team to support daily HR activities that directly contribute to organizational growth. If you can commit to full working hours and handle real HR responsibilities, we would love to have you on board.

 

Role Overview

This internship offers exposure to core HR functions, including sourcing and screening candidates, supporting onboarding processes, and maintaining HR databases. You will work under guidance while also having the independence to take ownership of tasks and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

(a) Source and screen candidates across job platforms.

(b) Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted applicants.

(c) Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.


2. HR Operations

(a) Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internal HR communications.

(b) Help organize onboarding and induction for new hires.

(c) Update employee records and maintain HR documentation.


3. Employee Engagement and Coordination

(a) Support internal communication initiatives and engagement activities.

(b) Help plan recognition programs or feedback surveys.

(c) Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.


Desired Skills and Qualifications

(a) Completed or currently on a break after graduation in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

(b) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

(c) Good organizational and coordination abilities.

(d) Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.

(e) Disciplined, proactive, and capable of managing day-to-day responsibilities independently.

(f) Comfortable with structured working hours and professional accountability.
