Human Resources (HR) Specialist

As a Human Resource Executive at Harold Electricals, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes tasks such as sourcing candidates, cold calling, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Additionally, you will be ensuring compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. Keeping track of employee attendance, overtime, and leave records, maintaining HR databases and records, assisting with onboarding and exit formalities, and contributing to the implementation of HR policies to foster a positive work environment will also be part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, screening resumes, and aligning interviews. - Maintain compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations. - Track and manage employee attendance, overtime, and leave records. - Maintain and update employee databases and HR records. - Support onboarding and exit formalities. - Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work environment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Good understanding of ESI, PF, and labour laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
