• Support the HR team in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to teachers
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
• Assist in various HR projects, such as conducting research on best HR practices and creating HR reports.
