Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles from understanding requirements to onboarding candidates.
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress.
Support in drafting JDs, offer letters, and internship agreements.
Help build and improve the company’s hiring process and employer branding initiatives.
Assist in HR operations such as attendance, feedback collection, and engagement activities.
