Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage end-to-end staffing solutions, from sourcing resumes via job portals to onboarding new employees
Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, and draft offer letters for selected candidates
Organize and conduct induction programs for new hires
Address employee grievances and provide appropriate guidance
Share feedback with management to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Plan and execute corporate events to boost employee engagement
