As an HR Consultant intern at Innovera School, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of human resources.
We are seeking a candidate who is knowledgeable in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), skilled in effective communication, and passionate about HR branding.

Key Responsibilities.
Assist in implementing and maintaining HRIS to streamline HR processes. Collaborate with HR team to develop and execute HR branding strategies. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends in HR. Support in recruitment and onboarding processes. Assist in employee relations and performance management initiatives. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed. Provide general HR administrative support as required.
