Job Description

The HR Intern will play a key role in supporting recruitment and HR processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and track hiring pipelines.
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Assist with employer branding initiatives through social media and internal communication campaigns.
