Job Description

Key responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviewsCoordinate with department heads to define job roles & requirementsManage onboarding, documentation, and induction programs

Employee Relations & Engagement

Maintain a positive work environment and address employee queries
Conduct engagement activities, team-building sessions, and monthly meetsAssist in resolving conflicts and ensuring employee satisfaction

HR Operations

Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, documents)
Oversee payroll inputs, salary process, and statutory complianceDraft HR letters – offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, etc.Ensure company policy adherence and discipline

Performance Management

Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs
Coordinate performance reviews and appraisalsTrack employee progress and identify training needs

Compliance & Policy

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
