Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Manager

As a Human Resources (HR) Executive/HR Manager at My Pixel Panda in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will play a vital role in our growing creative and tech company that specializes in website development, digital marketing, and brand solutions for businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations with a proactive and people-oriented approach. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting employee orientation, maintaining employee records, planning and executing employee engagement activities, addressing employee queries and grievances, ensuring policy implementation and compliance with labor laws, assisting in setting KRAs/KPIs for employees, and coordinating performance appraisals. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of HR experience. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, and knowledge of HR software and labor laws would be an added advantage. The salary range for this position is between 10,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
