Human Resources (HR) Associate

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for various key tasks including on-campus engagement through phone calls and emails. You will also be involved in conducting market research by analyzing campus data. Candidate sourcing will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities, where you will be required to identify potential candidates and engage with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs). Additionally, you will play a significant role in the recruitment and hiring process. Collaboration with campuses and organizing placement drives will also be a part of your duties.
