Key Responsibilities

Working on end-to-end recruitment of interns (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Coordinating with mentors to align intern tasks and progress.
Maintaining attendance and performance records.
Handling intern queries and engagement activities.
Supporting other HR-related activities as needed.
