Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Partner Acquisition Specialist to onboard financial distributors and insurance agents to our platform. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and onboard insurance agents and financial distributors
• Explain ServeAmigo’s offerings and earning opportunities
• Collect and maintain distributor data for smooth onboarding
• Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or telesales
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude
