As a Human Resources Generalist based in Rajkot, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and upholding HR compliance standards. Your responsibilities will encompass various functions, including coordinating recruitment procedures, conducting employee orientations, addressing employee relations matters, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will actively contribute to performance management initiatives and collaborate on HR strategies aimed at fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and demonstrate proficiency in HR Management. Familiarity with HR policies and compliance regulations, coupled with hands-on experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, will be crucial to excel in this role. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, while prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.,
