Human Resources Generalist-Pharma and CRO

You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Rewards Implementation, Employee Relations, Employee Experience and Engagement, and Administration, preferably in the Pharma / CRO industry. Your responsibilities will include successfully recruiting and hiring employees within the Turnaround Time (TAT), coordinating recruiting processes, conducting pre-screens, interviews, and reference checks, as well as maintaining recruitment statistics. You will also guide hiring managers through the onboarding process, ensure positive candidate experiences, and complete first-day orientations with new employees. Additionally, you will be responsible for being a resource for employee benefit inquiries, partnering with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward schemes, addressing and investigating employee issues, concerns, and complaints, and conducting workplace investigations when necessary. You will also need to stay updated on new laws, regulations, and developments in People & Culture, review, update, and maintain company policies and procedures, and build professional relationships with managers, supervisors, and work teams. In terms of Employee Experience and Engagement, you will play a key role in employer branding, implementing employee rewards programs, participating in employee engagement initiatives, and supporting special projects related to compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate and department engagements.
