Position Overview:

Senior HR Executive / HR Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Mentor junior HR executives and coordinate workload distribution
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across departments
• Implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities
• Manage employee grievances with confidentiality and fairness
• Track KPIs, appraisals, and performance management processes
• Draft and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and audit-ready records
• Work closely with sales heads to align HR support with team structures and incentives
• Collaborate with warehouse/inventory teams for manpower planning and rostering
• Support training, onboarding, and upskilling programs for field and operations staff
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and benefits
• Manage exit formalities, offboarding, and retention planning
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 35 years of HR experience (senior executive or team lead level)
• Exposure to sales-driven or operations/logistics environments is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and policy creation
• Ability to manage junior staff and coordinate across multiple departments
• Proficient in HR software, MS Office/Google Workspace tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
