We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / Sr. Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior HR experience in the real estate, insurance, banking, or automobile sector, with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Managing employee life cycle: joining formalities, background verification, exit formalities Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Handling employee grievances and ensuring employee engagement Assisting in HR policy development and implementation Coordinating with department heads for manpower planning Maintaining HR MIS and reporting to management Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Industry exposure to Real Estate / Insurance / Banking / Automobile Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and Excel Well-versed in statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field Perks and Benefits: Attractive Salary Package Pick & Drop Facility to Nearby Metro Station Opportunity to work with a growing and reputed organization Friendly work culture and strong career growth prospects
