Human Resources Executive

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards and social media. You will screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Additionally, you will conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. It will be part of your role to maintain candidate databases, track recruiting metrics, and assist with onboarding new hires. You will also support the HR team with various administrative tasks.
