Human Resources Executive - Recruitment

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Biotecnika Headquarters in Bangalore. As the Human Resources Executive - Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, sourcing and screening candidates through various methods, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, promoting the company as an employer of choice through recruitment marketing initiatives, assisting in the onboarding process, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, having certifications in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, or Recruitment will be an advantage. We prefer candidates with 1-3 years of work experience, especially in biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or IT hiring. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously. A passion for building high-performing teams is also highly desirable.
