Job Title: HR Recruiter – Hiring Support (Remote)

🧩 About the Role:

We are looking for a HR recruiter to support end-to-end hiring activities across multiple ongoing mandates. The role is primarily focused on sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interviews across mid to senior-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring briefs and job requirements for different roles

• Source profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Screen candidates based on experience, skill fit, and salary expectations

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates

• Ensure timely follow-ups and status tracking

• Maintain candidate database and pipeline

• Ensure smooth and timely communication with candidates

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Excellent communication and coordination ability

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Should have knowledge on working on various sourcing platforms
