Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Executive Human Resources. The role encompasses overseeing HR operations, managing HR policies, and fostering strong employee relations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, and assisting in maintaining a productive workplace. Additional responsibilities include monitoring employee lifecycle processes and enhancing the company’s HR management standards to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience with HR Operations and HR Policies development and implementation
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering team morale
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role or industry is preferred
