Human Resources Executive / HR Officer

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations at our steel manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in plant HR, statutory compliance, worker management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:Manage recruitment for staff and workmen, including onboarding and documentation.Maintain employee records, attendance, biometric system, shift schedules, and support payroll.Handle ESIC, PF, labour laws, contractor compliance, BOCW, and statutory registers.Coordinate training, induction, safety orientation, and employee welfare activities.Maintain discipline at the shop floor and resolve employee/workmen grievances.Prepare HR MIS reports and support performance appraisal processes.

Required Skills:Strong knowledge of factory HR, labour laws, and statutory compliance.Experience managing workmen in shop-floor/manufacturing environments.Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/HRMS tools.

Qualification:MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent5–6 years of relevant HR experience in steel/manufacturing/construction industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
