Job Description

As a Factory HR, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing HR policies, programs, and procedures aligned with the company's mission and goals. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, wage regulations, workplace safety standards, and other employment-related policies. - Promoting a positive workplace culture by addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and leading engagement initiatives. - Leading full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. - Developing and managing employee training and career development programs to enhance performance and retention. - Overseeing compensation structures including salaries, bonuses, and benefits to ensure fairness and market competitiveness. - Maintaining accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance, and compliance documentation. - Providing guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Supervising and mentoring junior HR personnel by offering performance feedback and professional development. - Ensuring compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Masters in HR is a plus.) - Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Skills and knowledge required include: - Strong knowledge of labor laws, wage and hour regulations, and workplace safety compliance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking and ability to design HR initiatives contributing to business success. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience in leading and mentoring HR team members. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools.
