Roles & Responsibilities:-

• End to End Recruitment and Head hunting
• New Employee Joining Formalities, Induction and orientation
• Employee Documentation keeping
• Attendance & Payroll software handling
• Statutory Compliance monitoring and maintain documents as per norms
• House Keeping, Stationary, PPE's - Purchase & Stock Management
• Other administrative Work handling
• Employees query and Grievance handling

Skills:-

• Good communication
• Excellent in Drafting
• Experience of online recruitment portals and data base sourcing
• Good in Documentation and Data management
• Good in people management
• Having Proper Knowledge Of Statutory Compliance

Education:

- Any Graduation with MBA (HRM)

Experience:

3 years in HR Recruitment

Only Female Candidate, Local from Surat Location is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
