Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for software developers and technical roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using online platforms and professional networks.
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with company culture and compliance standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in HR, preferably in IT/tech recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
