Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks. The executive will ensure that all HR activities align with the company's goals and comply with legal standards.

• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus
