Job Description

As a HR Associate/Team Assistant at Vedshil Careers, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Chief People Officer in a supportive and dynamic work environment. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations, contributing to key HR functions, participating in the recruitment process, identifying training needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for employee and management queries. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Chief People Officer in daily operations by ensuring timely task execution, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting the preparation of HR-related documentation. - Contribute to key HR functions such as compensation and benefits administration, performance evaluation processes, and the development and implementation of HR policies. - Participate in all stages of the recruitment process and maintain an organized candidate database. - Identify training needs and coordinate relevant learning and development initiatives across departments. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and management queries, providing timely and professional support. - Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including scheduling of student batches, disseminating updates, maintaining student records, and coordinating soft-skill sessions. - Coordinate internal meetings, address employee logistical and support needs, and oversee office inventory management. - Maintain organized records, reports, and employee documentation in compliance with company standards. Qualifications Required: - Candidates from nearby regions of Gandhinagar, and locals will be given preference. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. - Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience in an HR Associate or similar role is advantageous. - Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. - Hands-on experience in the recruitment process, including candidate processing and onboarding, is highly valued.,
