Human Resources Associate (Recruitment) - D2C

Location - Kirti Nagar (West Delhi)

Work Setup - On-site (5 days WFO + All Saturdays are WFH & Half Days)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for key functions across the

  D2C ecosystem

  — marketing, creative, growth, product, logistics, and customer experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media content, career fairs, and recruitment events.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience reflective of Fraganote’s culture and values.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1.5–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition (in-house or marketing agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport across all levels.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever).
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, positive attitude with a passion for people and talent development.
