Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering a welcoming and professional impression of the company to employees, candidates, visitors, etc. You will perform data entry tasks accurately and timely in any Mousers systems, ensuring data integrity is maintained. Additionally, you will be involved in administrative activities related to onboarding process and HR operational activities. You should be able to relate well with a diverse population and at all levels, ensuring real-time data entry updates in systems and complying with data integrity and security policies. You may be required to assist in HR data analysis and help in planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver a welcoming and professional impression of the company - Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks in Mousers systems - Maintain data integrity and comply with data security policies - Assist in administrative activities related to onboarding process and HR operational activities - Relate well with diverse population and at all levels - Update real-time data entry in systems - Assist in HR data analysis - Help plan and execute special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources management or other relevant disciplines preferred - Good typing skills and proficient in MS Office - Experience in HR system will be an advantage - Good command of written and spoken English - Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented - Effective organizational and time management skills Mouser Electronics, founded in 1964, is a globally authorized distributor of semiconductors and electronic components for over 1,200 industry-leading manufacturer brands.
