Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Human Resources Assistant. In this role, you’ll assist in various HR functions, including managing HR records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating training sessions, and handling employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and general HR practices
• Proficiency in HR Management and familiarity with managing HR operations
• Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data management
• Understanding of Benefits Administration processes
• Ability to support and coordinate training activities for employees
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on confidentiality and ethical standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the travel or service industry is a plus
