Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Noida. The Human Resources Assistant will handle day-to-day HR tasks such as maintaining HR records, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, and supporting the HR team in various administrative duties. The role will also involve assisting with employee onboarding, training programs, and managing employee inquiries and requests.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Training and employee onboarding experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
