Human Resources and Management Intern

Role Description

MarketInc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources and Management Intern to join our team remotely. As an intern, you will assist our HR and management team in various tasks related to talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and management within a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process for various roles relevant to a marketing agency, including WordPress developers, designers, UI designers, paid ads executives, content writers, and more.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, and contact candidates using LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri.com, and Internshala.
• Manage communication between different departments within the agency to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and coordinating training sessions.
• Support the HR team in maintaining employee records, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Help develop and implement HR initiatives and systems to improve organizational efficiency.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of HR projects and events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR and management teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience or internship in recruitment or HR, especially in a marketing or digital agency setting, is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri.com, and Internshala for posting jobs, screening candidates, and contacting potential hires.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations.
