Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Agent. The role includes managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, and addressing employee relations matters. The Human Resources Agent will ensure policies are followed and assist in fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Regular collaboration with department leaders to support organizational goals and employee well-being is key.

• Strong understanding of employee relations, HR policies, and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documentation and record-keeping
• Organizational and project management skills to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Previous experience in HR roles or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an advantage
