Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Product Specialist. The Product Specialist will be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting the sales team. Daily tasks include providing product information, addressing customer concerns, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with different departments to improve product offerings.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Abilities in sales and understanding of sales processes
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a remote environment
