Job Description

The HR Advisor (Contractor) position at Randstad in Hyderabad is a pivotal role focused on providing support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in implementing HR processes, coordinating activities, and offering first-level support. With a foundational understanding of HR and related fields, you will play a key role in resolving various HR-related issues by applying your technical expertise and functional knowledge. Your main accountabilities in this role will include: - Leading small projects or specific steps within larger HR initiatives - Working independently to solve HR-related problems, seeking guidance for complex challenges - Providing support and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative environment - Impacting the quality and effectiveness of customer interactions, operational processes, and HR projects/programs - Engaging in complex communication with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes - Providing strategic advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and legislation - Ensuring accuracy and compliance in employment-related documentation and contracts - Managing HR records, files, databases, and templates in a confidential and compliant manner - Supporting HR projects and initiatives through logistical and administrative tasks - Collaborating with various HR functions to facilitate integrated HR solutions - Clarifying HR processes and policy guidelines to enhance organizational compliance - Contributing to HR communication strategies to enhance employee engagement - Assisting HRBPs in gathering and analyzing critical HR data for strategic decision-making - Supporting the creation of HR reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends - Championing data accuracy and integrity within HR systems - Managing exit interviews to identify actionable insights and support retention initiatives - Supporting the resolution of policy-related matters and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement - Delivering actionable HR insights through data reporting to enhance employee engagement and talent retention - Conducting HRBP induction programs to align new HRBPs with organizational culture and objectives - Facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for employees while maintaining compliance standards The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR service delivery role, preferably within a large or complex organizational environment. Additionally, the candidate should possess a solid understanding of core HR processes, principles, industrial relations framework, and relevant employment law.,
