Role Description

This is a part-time advisory position focused on providing expert HR guidance to management. The HR Advisor will support leadership with policy interpretation, employee relations advice, compliance direction, and recommendations for improving HR practices. The role does not involve day-to-day HR operations; it is purely consultative, offering strategic insights to strengthen people management and organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
• Experience developing and implementing HR Policies aligned with organizational goals
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders
• Expertise in Employee Relations, including fostering a positive workplace and resolving conflicts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience within the aerospace or technology sector is a plus
