As an integral part of the Food & Beverage industry, your role will involve various key responsibilities. You will be responsible for: - Administration: You will be tasked with handling day-to-day admin tasks, assisting founders/senior management, and ensuring the maintenance of business records. - Recruitment: Your duties will include sourcing, screening, and hiring kitchen, packing, and front-office staff. Additionally, you will be expected to build a hiring pipeline for future staffing needs. - Staff Management: It will be your responsibility to track attendance, leaves, punctuality, and absenteeism among the employees. - Performance Management: You will have the opportunity to conduct annual appraisals, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and evaluate the performance of the staff. - Grievance Handling: Your role will involve addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. - Compliance: You will play a crucial role in ensuring statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.), managing documentation, and supporting audits. - Employee Engagement: You will be in charge of running on-boarding activities, organizing engagement programs, and maintaining HR policies/manuals. Qualifications that will be beneficial for you in this role include: - Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration (preferred). - 2+ years of experience in HR/Administration and staff recruitment. - Strong knowledge of statutory compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
