Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and streamline onboarding processes.
• Foster positive employee relations and address concerns effectively.
• Implement performance management processes and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop and update HR policies, ensuring legal compliance.
• Administer employee benefits programs and resolve inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of HR experience with expertise in recruitment and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
