Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring requirements from various departments and plan recruitment accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication at every stage of the hiring process.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies (if applicable).
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and support HR functions when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Good negotiation and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience:
1 - 3 years of experience in IT recruitment .
