We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent for our growing company. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment process from end to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across a variety of roles. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for creating and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to source potential candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them informed of their application status. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements. Advise managers on market trends, salary data, and best practices in recruitment. Administrative & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions. Track key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Prepare reports on recruitment activities and provide recommendations for process improvements. Qualification; Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, interview best practices, and candidate assessment.
