Job Description

The Internal Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes specifically targeting internal staffing needs, including specialised roles for IT as well as Non IT for PockIT engineers and other technical positions at Ovation Workplace Services. The role includes collaborating closely with hiring managers and technical leads to craft job descriptions, source and screen candidates, and facilitate hiring and on-boarding to build a strong in-house technical team.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering team leads to understand specific hiring needs for roles such as PockIT engineers and other workplace service positions.

- Create, post, and manage job advertisements on internal and external platforms.

- Source candidates through internal talent pools, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and technical job boards.

- Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and technical interviews tailored for engineering and service roles.

- Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and provide hiring feedback to stakeholders.

- Design and execute employee referral programs and internal mobility initiatives.

- Maintain applicant tracking system data and recruitment metrics.

- Support on-boarding and integration of new hires to ensure smooth transition into roles.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment, especially related to IT and engineering talent acquisition.

Requirements & Skills:

- Proven experience as an internal recruiter worked on IT and Non - IT roles.

- Strong understanding of technical skill requirements, engineering qualifications, and job market trends.

- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, and confidentiality standards.
