Collaborating with the Business Heads/leaders for the present & future hiring needs.
• Focus on and drive high quality sourcing, screening, evaluation, and interview procedures through the entire hiring process.• Update the JDs & Role description for all the roles in the Company.• Creates recruitment networks on social media and other mediums.• Maintain influential & positive relations with the stakeholders during the overall selection process.• Regular follow-up with respective stakeholders and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.• Responsible for proper documentation/verification & timely completion of the background/reference check verification.• Closing the position in the most desired way & to ensure the best employer impact & reputation (Right from screening - selection pre boarding on boarding).• Responsible for efficient hiring metrics & analysis to address the various challenges like cost, time, hiring quality, sourcing channels.• Ensure the candidate is informed via email at every stage of the hiring process.
