HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments (production, quality, store, PPC, maintenance, admin, etc.).
• Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, and source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule technical/HR rounds.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and management.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and track open positions.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Collect and verify new joiner documents.
• Maintain employee records – attendance, ID cards, personal files, etc.
• Assist in statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, etc.) as required.

3. HR Operations

• Coordinate manpower planning with supervisors and department heads.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly hiring reports.
• Support in employee engagement activities.
• Assist HR Manager in policy implementation and HR processes.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with production, quality and other departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates and employees throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Minimum

  2 years of recruitment experience

  , preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing strategies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of HR operations & compliance (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary:

  Up to 30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
• PF/ESIC as per company policy.
