Location:

Role Overview:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
complete recruitment life cycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US clients.
Source candidates using
job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
.
Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct initial screenings, and assess fitment as per client requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
Handle negotiations on compensation, work authorization, and contract terms.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a
high-quality talent pool
is available for recurring needs.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment
targets and performance metrics
.
Stay updated with
US hiring trends, immigration laws, and market practices
.

Requirements:

Experience:
1 year – 3 years in
US Staffing recruitment
(IT/Non-IT).
Knowledge of hiring models:
W2, C2C, 1099 and various work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Flexible to work in
Night Shift (EST shift)
.
