Human Resource Recruiter Intern

Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern Location: Bangalore, MG Road Duration: 6 Months Stipend: 12-15k Working Days: 6 Reporting To: HR Manager Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives Provide support in onboarding and documentation process Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process Who Can Apply: Students or recent graduates from HR, Business Administration, or related fields Passionate about HR and recruitment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and comfortable with using job portals/LinkedIn Able to commit to the full duration of the internship What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment Exposure to HR tools and industry practices Opportunity to work with experienced professionals and a dynamic team Internship Certificate on successful completion Potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance
