Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds with hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on relevant platforms.
Support on-boarding processes for selected candidates.
Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers/ Minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment is preferable.
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Any Degree.
MBA
Freshers with good communication can apply

Candidate with internship experience in Recruitment can apply.

Salary: 14k to 15k (take-home)
